Sans Borne is a collaboration of three successful Design firms, Tempus Design Studio (Mackay), Greg Pershouse & Associates (Bundaberg) and Design Plus Group (Hervey Bay).

TAMICA LEWIS - Director
Tamica is a licenced Building Designer (Medium Rise) and has been involved in the Building and Construction Industry since 2006. Tamica studied at CQU and obtained firstly an Associate Degree in Building Design and subsequently a Bachelor of Building Design. Other achievements include a Certificate IV in Engineering at CQI of TAFE and recognition as an Endorsed Sustainable Building Designer.
BRETT TURNER - DIRECTOR
Brett has been designing & documenting Buildings for the past Eleven years successfully completing projects across both domestic and commercial developments. Brett holds licences as both a registered Builder and Building Designer in the state of Queensland.
As a member of the Building Designers Association of Queensland (BDAQ) Brett has been involved in the executive at both a Branch and State level Brett is also a director of Built Environment Design Institute INC. (BEDI) and a Member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA – QLD).
In 1978, after 10 years working at the Bundaberg Foundry and Massey Ferguson, Greg decided to establish his own design practice in Bundaberg. Relocating to Sydney 1980, Greg was engaged as a consultant by German-based engineering giants, Mannesmann Demag, and consulting engineers, Longworth Mackenzie, in North Sydney, gaining valuable experience designing on projects such as the Sydney Police Centre, Qantas House and various large engineering ventures in the mining, energy and logistics fields, throughout Australia. Greg has been a QBCC Licensed Building Designer since 1990 and also holds an Advanced Diploma in Structural & Mechanical Engineering.
